A lawyer by profession Anantarayappa is all set to release his maiden directorial and production ‘Jagruthi’ in on theatre Sapna in Bengaluru on December 9th. A film on the significance of voting, evading corruption, responsibilities of the citizens going through the constitutional pages is a two hours plus cinema according to Anantarayappa. For the problems the solution is worked out by writer, lawyer, producer, director and actor Anantarayappa.

Ananth Rayappa has worked with maximum of theatre artists and there is not even one known face. He has converted his short story to cinema. In the guest role Smt Motamma, Prof Seethamma, Dr L Hanumanthaiah, DS Veerayya, Gudihalli Nagaraj, Dr Jayasri, LN Mukundaraj, Purushottam Das have appeared.

Mandya Jayaram, Stamp Venkatesh, Ananth Rayappa, Ramarao, Hanumantharaju, Shivakumar, Nagaraj Rao and others are in the cast.

Sameer Kulkarni has composed music for four songs, Dattatreya Guptha, Achchu Suresh, V K Shiva Putra have worked behind camera.
